Canadian students color for public-rail safety
On June 1, 2010, eleven students from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Manitoba were named winners in the “Train Your Brain” Coloring Contest and awarded official Operation Lifesaver backpacks.
The Train Your Brain Coloring Contest was part of Operation Lifesaver Rail Safety Week (April 26 – May 2) and engaged school-aged students in a rail safety awareness activity. The contest ran from April 26 until May 25 and saw students between the ages of four and 12 visiting the Operation Lifesaver Kids website (www.olkids.ca) to download coloring sheets.… Read More
