Trespassing and crossing incidents up again in November
COVID-19 numbers aren’t the only thing increasing these days. For the second month in a row, railway trespassing and crossing incidents have also increased.
In November, four people lost their lives trespassing on railway tracks and another person was killed in a crossing incident. That is almost twice as many incidents compared to November 2020.
Don’t be another statistic. Keep off of train tracks and railway property, always obey railway warning signs and signals, and heed Operation Lifesaver’s motto: “Look. Listen. Live.”
