Show your love and save a life - keep your valentine off the tracks!

Valentine’s Day is a week away. This year, why not switch things up and show your friends and family you love them by sharing the gift of rail safety knowledge.

Being killed by a train is preventable. By educating your loved ones, you can help them make safe decisions every time they encounter train tracks.

To help you with this, Operation Lifesaver Canada offers a number of free downloadable rail safety resources for all demographics. Here’s a quick look at some of what we offer: 

• Parents and teachers, check out our rail safety resources for kids, and our fun and interactive kids rail safety website.
• If you know a teen learning how to drive, share our new driver resources with them and encourage them to take our computer based rail safety training program for newly licensed drivers.
• If you’re concerned about railway trespassing in your community, check out our Community Problem-Solving Guide.
