Running on railway tracks is like racing to your death
As we head into the summer months, the warmer weather means it's possible to take your workout outdoors. There's nothing better than going for a run on a bright, sunny day. But you have to be careful about where you choose to get active - running on railway property is not only considered trespassing, it's also dangerous. Watch the following video for a reminder on how running on railway property can stop you dead in your tracks.

If your summer activities include walking your dog or taking a leisurely stroll in the warmer weather, then this message applies to you too. Neither of these activities should be done near railway tracks. And if you enjoy listening to music while taking part in any of these activities, you won't be able to hear an approaching train.
Remember, any time is train time. Be safe - this summer, enjoy the outdoors away from railway property.
Look, listen, live.
