In 2018, Operation Lifesaver partnered with HUB Surface Systems to launch the Look. Listen. Live. Community Safety Partnership Program. The program encourages municipalities to work to prevent railway crossing incidents by installing Look.Listen.Live. decals on the pavement near select crossings in their communities.
So far, Vancouver, Kamloops, Squamish, New Westminster, London, Cambridge, Hamilton, New Glasgow and Saint John are participating in the Look. Listen. Live. Community Safety Partnership Program and have installed rail-safety decals in their communities. HUB and Operation Lifesaver will continue to reach out to other Canadian municipalities in the coming months to encourage them to engage with this innovative rail-safety program.
If your community would like to participate in the program, or if you would like more information, please contact us.
