At Operation Lifesaver, our goal is to make sure Canadians stay safe around tracks and trains—and that includes young children. But to stay safe, kids need to know the rail safety rules.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Mattel Canada and CPKC to publish two Thomas & Friends™ rail-safety books for kids. Children can follow along with Thomas as he learns valuable lessons on the dangers of not stopping at rail crossings, standing too close to the platform edge, or leaving farm gates open so that animals can wander onto the tracks. We’re offering the e-books for FREE to parents, educators, and community groups, so that every child can learn to stay rail-safe.
